Speaking live on the pro-regime TV Pink, Brnabic said that she would join President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Milos Vucevic in an address to the nation on Monday. “The three of us will address the current situation in the country in the afternoon,” she said in the Hit Tvit talk show which customarily features state officials and supporters of the ruling coalition but not opposition officials.

Brnabic said that “Vucic, the man with the greatest legitimacy” would address the public adding that “he enjoys the greatest trust of the people”.

She refused to specify the decisions saying it’s not up to her to talk about them and that they would be working on the decisions overnight and on Monday morning.

Students have been protesting across Serbia to demand accountability for the 15 deaths in the collapse of a concrete awning at Novi Sad Railway Station on November 1.
