Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said late on Sunday night that the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) has 47.1 percent of the vote based on a projection on a 50 percent sample of the vote.
She said the SNS election ticket would have more than 125 of the 250 seats in parliament on its own.
Brnanic said that Serbia Against Violence won 23 percent of the vote, SNS coalition partner the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) 6.7 percent and the NADA coalition 4.9 percent, adding that they are certain to win seats in parliament.
She accused the opposition and so-called tycoon media of spreading lies and creating an atmosphere of chaos and panic. She added that the claims of voters being bussed in from the Republika Srpska in neighboring Bosnia and taken to the Belgrade Arena to be told where to vote were lies.
