Croatia


In the past 24 hours there have been 371 new cases of Covid-19 registered in Croatia and 19 people have died, the national Covid response team reported on Friday.

There are currently 2,471 active cases in the country, including 1,007 hospitalized patients, 91 of whom are on ventilators; 12.946 people are in self-isolation. To date, a total of 1,255,786 tests have been conducted, of which 4,931 in the past 24 hours. Since 25 February 2020, when the first case was identified in Croatia, there have been 237,080 registered cases of coronavirus infection in the country; 5,282 people have died as a result while 229,327 have recovered, including 431 in the past 24 hours.

Bosnia-Herzegovina


Bosnia and Herzegovina reported another 279 coronavirus infections and 13 fatalities among Covid-19 patients, the healthcare authorities confirmed on Friday.
The new results came from 2,432 lab tests performed among those who reported infection symptoms.
The country has to this date reported the total of 125,402 Covid-19 patients, of which 104,135 have recovered. Only in the last 24 hours, the authorities reported more than 1,500 recoveries.
Bosnia's coronavirus death toll stands at 4,881. Although Bosnia is still awaiting the first shipment of the coronavirus vaccine through COVAX mechanism to start the mass inoculation of its population, one of its two regions, Republika Srpska (RS), has vaccinated its first residents on Friday using the Russian Sputnik V vaccine it purchased earlier this year.

Montenegro


Montenegro‘s Public Health Institute said that 11 people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total to 880 since the pandemic broke out.


It said that 1,938 people had been tested for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in that period, including 563 who tested positive. There are 8,638 active cases and 351 patients were reported to have recovered from COVID-19. A total of 68,004 people tested positive for the coronavirus since the pandemic broke out.



Kosovo


The authorities in Pristina said that six people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total to 1,540.


The Kosovo authorities said that 2,856 people were tested for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in that period, including 372 who tested positive. There are 7,041 active cases and 333 patients were reported to have recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 55,224. A total of 261,492 people were tested since the pandemic broke out, including 63,805 who tested positive.






North Macedonia


The North Macedonia Health Ministry said that five people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths since the pandemic broke out to 2,971.


It said that 2,596 people were tested for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, including 367 who tested positive. There are 6,223 active cases and 202 patients were reported to have recovered from COVID-19 bringing the total number of recoveries to 87,324 since the pandemic broke out. A total of 482,026 people were tested since the pandemic broke out, including 96,518 who tested positive.
