The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily bulletin on Thursday that 1 person died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 17,944.

It said that 7,930 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 963 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

The total number of people tested to date stands at 12,570,536 with 2,512,161 confirmed cases.

The bulletin said that there are 198 hospitalized cases, including 18 patients on ventilators.
