Over the last 24 hours, 12 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 8,110 tested, 1,273 people were infected with the coronavirus, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Sunday.
To date, COVID-19 claimed a total of 6,766 lives with a mortality rate of 0,95 percent.
On Sunday, 709 patients were hospitalised, 38 of whom on ventilators.
Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 9.128.244 people have been tested, and 1.969.044 samples have returned positive for the new virus.
