The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily bulletin on Monday that 5 people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 17,932.
It said that 9,135 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 1,039 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
The total number of people tested to date stands at 12,544,391 with 2,509,089 confirmed cases.
The bulletin said that there are 221 hospitalized cases, including 21 patients on ventilators.
