The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily 3:00 pm bulletin on Wednesday that 8 people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 15,850.

It said that 13,489 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 1,351 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

The total number of people tested to date stands at 9,262,624 with 1,985,085 confirmed cases.

The bulletin said that there are 661 hospitalized cases, including 27 patients on ventilators.
