The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily bulletin on Thursday that 8 people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 16,193.

It said that 13,636 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 4,249 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

The total number of people tested to date stands at 10,094,224 with 2,072,089 confirmed cases.

The bulletin said that there are 402 hospitalized cases, including 19 patients on ventilators.
