Over the last 24 hours, Seven patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 10,128 tested, 3,800 people were infected with the coronavirus, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Saturday.

To date, COVID-19 claimed a total of 16,206 lives with a mortality rate of 0,78 percent.

On Saturday, 468 patients were hospitalised, 14 of whom were on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 10,117,173 people have been tested, and 2,080,389 samples have returned positive for the new virus.
