The First Basic Court in Belgrade threw out an initiative to declare the Serbian President legally incapacitated but said that it found some elements of crime in the claims and handed it to prosecutors.
The court ruled to reject the initiative filed by lawyer Miroja Jovanovic because it was filed by an unauthorized person by added that it is very important that the court found elements of crimes which are prosecuted ex officio in the claims.
It said the case was passed on to the First Public Prosecution.
A statement did not specify the elements of crime found in the initiative.
