Court orders arrest of military analyst Radic

Radic was questioned by the police and a day later was ordered to report to the military police for a forensic examination of computers seized from his home and office. He decided to leave the country after the pro-regime Informer TV aired video of his underage daughter.

Radic was questioned about his statements on the alleged use of a sonic weapon against protesters in central Belgrade in March 2025. Earlier, President Aleksandar Vucic accused student protesters and their supporters of fabricating the incident in order to overthrow the government. Radic spoke to confirm the use of the sonic device.

The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office published excerpts of Radic's communications with journalists as part of its statement. Serbian media associations condemned the move, saying it endangered the confidentiality of journalistic sources, created an atmosphere of intimidation and discouraged reporting on the alleged use of the sonic device.
