Court orders pro-regime TV to stop re-broadcasting N1

The temporary injunction issued by the Economic Court banned Informer from re-broadcasting, showing or in any other way publicly airing N1 programming.

Informer TV re-broadcast without permission N1 live coverage of the protests that have been taking place across Serbia for months.

The court ruling said that Informer TV would be subject to fines if it fails to obey the temporary ban.
