The Higher Court in Belgrade confirmed a plea bargain deal with a man who made a death threat against the US Ambassador in Belgrade.
The court said the deal was made by the Higher Public Prosecution with a man identified as Ugljesa I (43) who pleaded guilty to the charge of “endangering a person under international protection”.
The man wrote in a TikTok post that US Ambassador Christopher Hill was evil and should be killed.
Ugljesa I received a suspended sentence of four months.
