CRTA report on elections: They were neither free nor fair

“I responsibly and professionally state that the early parliamentary and Belgrade local elections were neither free nor fair,” Rasa Nedeljkov, program director at the Center for Research, Transparency and Accountability (CRTA), told a media conference at the presentation of the CRTA report on Serbian December 17 elections, adding that the elections included a number of crimes benefiting the ruling party.
