Dacic: Milosevic set an example of how to love, defend one's homeland

Serbian Foreign Minister and Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) leader Ivica Dacic said in the Serbian town of Gornji Milanovac that former head of state Slobodan Milosevic was an example of how to love and defend one’s homeland, not sparing even one’s life in order to achieve national interests.

Milosevic was convicted on behalf of the entire country and people, and today his grandson proudly stands as one of the three people heading the election ticket of the SPS - United Serbia – Greens of Serbia coalition, demonstrating that the ideas of truth and justice, love for one’s country and people, are passed down among socialists and true patriots from generation to generation, said Dacic.

The SPS quoted Dacic as saying it is important that people vote for the ideas of justice, equality and equal opportunities for everyone, for a coalition that continues to fight for the interests of Serbia and all its citizens.
