Dacic told Prva TV is is also an issue how to enable voting for those who are positive for the coronavirus.

“The coronavirus is so unpredictable, the composition of the polling board is constantly changing, someone is getting sick. There is a possibility of voting outside the polling station. The health of those who will go to collect those votes must be taken into account,” said Dacic.

He also noted that this is “the first referendum organized according to the new rules,” and that it was a binding and “necessary step towards European integration.”

Dacic said he was “not too optimistic” about the referendum taking place on the territory of Kosovo, but that it was “another indicator of how much Pristina is in the role of obstructing any dialogue.”
