The average net salary in Serbia in December 2020 was 559.43 Euro (66,092 Dinars), nominally 10.6 percent higher than in the same month of 2019, while the real increase was 9.2 percent, the Republic Bureau of Statistics said on Thursday.

The median net wage in December 2020 was 412.01 Euro (48,676 Dinars).

The gross salary at the same time was 768.98 Euro (90,849 Dinars), which was nominally higher by 10.4 percent in one year, and nine percent in real terms.

The gross salaries in 2020, compared to the previous year, increased by 9.5 percent in nominal terms and 7.8 percent in real terms, while net wages increased by 9.4 percent in nominal terms and 7.7 percent in real terms.
