Leader of the opposition Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP) Dragan Djilas told N1 that there were 1,613,369 voters on the Belgrade voter roll on December 17, yet that now there are 1,608,414. He said this sudden drop in the number of voters is due to the fact that the elections are over so the people who had fictitious residence in Belgrade have begun deregistering.

The Serbia Against Violence coalition will on Friday file a submission with the Constitutional Court to annul the republic elections, and a new protest will be held outside this institution at 6 pm.

Speaking for the N1 show Studio Live, Djilas said the protesters will then march to the building of the Serbian state TV (RTS), which he said was key to disinformation in Serbia.

“That's the reality, we know what state the institutions are in, that is why MEPs’ statements that there should be a vote on a resolution on Serbia on the 8th (of February) were useful. (MEP Klemen) Groselj said - you are asking the citizens of Serbia to turn to the institutions, and those institutions were part of the election fraud. But we have to do everything that is part of the institutional struggle, we believe institutions should exist in this country,” said the SSP leader.

Djilas reiterated that both the republic and the Belgrade local elections were “stolen,” but that the situation in the Serbian capital is completely clear and that there is “a million pieces of proof” for that.
