Dragan Solak's attorney on Vucic statement: Unconstitutional criminalization of a Serbian citizen

He stated, and we quote: "In recent days, threats against state bodies, politicians who think differently, prosecutors, judges, scientists who dared to speak the truth and oppose the narrative of tycoon and criminal Dragan Solak and his political servants have increased, to the point that they finally understood what I have been telling them all along. They came up with the idea that, in order to carry out a revolution, they should kill me."

REACTION OF DRAGAN SOLAK'S ATTORNEY

Dragan Solak's attorney, Zdenko Tomanović, responded to this. "We have heard similar propaganda messages many times before, where a Serbian citizen is publicly criminalized in a direct, legally prohibited manner, contrary to both the Constitution of Serbia and international law. This time, the falsehood has reached its highest levels. If the Law is the foundation in Serbia, then political irresponsibility and impropriety cannot be above the law. The absence of boundaries in political propaganda separates politics and holders of the highest political functions from morality and truth. And currently, in Serbia, Truth is the most difficult to attain, as the pursuit of total power attempts to turn a citizen into a criminal and murderer through political marketing, even when no institution, either in Serbia or abroad, has such alleged knowledge. The illegal and unconstitutional imposition of a wrong way of thinking through media presenters is in the realm of causing panic, but it must nevertheless be deposited in the warehouse of worn-out and cheap propaganda tricks," said Zdenko Tomanovic.
