Earthquake shook central Serbia, felt in Belgrade

Early on Wednesday, an earthquake of 4.1 magnitudes on the Richter scale with the epicentre a few kilometres from Serbia’s central city of Kragujevac and was felt in Belgrade, 139 kilometres away.

According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the earthquake measured 4.4 on the Richter scale near Kragujevac.

Four days ago, a couple of earthquakes were felt, the strongest with a magnitude of 3.7 on the Richter scale with the epicentre in the Belgrade vicinity.
