Deputy leader of the opposition Democratic Party and Serbian MP Dragana Rakic said that she was contacted by citizens of Vrsac, in northeastern Serbia, who reported that managers at the Public Utility Company "Drugi Oktobar" are mistreating their employees, forcing them to change the private cable operator SBB and switch to MTS owned by the state Telekom.

"They ask them if they are with the SBB or MTS, if they say they are with the SBB and have a valid contract, the managers offer to provide legal assistance to terminate the valid contract with the SBB and to transfer to MTS. This is absolutely unacceptable (...) I’m sure that this is not only carried out in the PUC in Vrsac, it is an action that is also carried out in Bela Crkva, Pancevo, and all the municipalities of South Banat", Rakic told N1.

She is also convinced that the directive came from the headquarters of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party, because one pillar of Aleksandar Vucic's power rests on media manipulation and brutal propaganda.

The MP added that she offered free legal assistance in case of mobbing to the employees of the PUC in Vrsac, because "this is definitely mobbing when someone invades your privacy" and asks what television do you watch at home.

The SBB company, like N1, operates within the United Group.
