Engineers stand with students

The engineers expressed solidarity with the protesting students’ demands, emphasizing that their experts should have a voice in these matters. Representatives of the self-organized group joined students in front of the Chamber, stressing the importance of independent professional work.

“We’ve been threatened with dismissals and other consequences since this morning. Don't do that, it makes no sense. We are professionals, we want no part in any political organizations,” the engineers said.
