Enrollment starts at Belgrade University

Entrance exams for individual university schools will be organized from July 24 to 29, an Instagram post said.

University enrollment in Serbia is in three stages. Future students first apply for the schools of their choice and if they are not accepted they can apply to other schools if their nerollment quota is not filled in August or again in October just before the start of classes.

Universities across Serbia have been under blockade over the past few months with students taking them over and staging anti-corruption protests. No classes were held in the second semester. The government has been insisting on drawing up plans to make up for lost classes and some university schools have started online classes. The Novi Sad University Law School even organized exams at which the turnout was not very high.
