N1 has learned on Wednesday that the EP’s Greens and Liberals submit a joint initiative for the Resolution, whose text is still to be finalised will be presented in Strasbourg on Thursday by MEP Klemen Groselj.
Earlier on Wednesday, Serbia’s Government withdrew from the Parliamentary procedure the controversial Expropriation Law and announced changes to the Law on Referendum, thus meeting the demonstrators’ demands.
Some of the protests’ organisers said no new rallies would be called for if the Parliament passed the changes.
