EU committed to BiH as united country

The European Commission is committed to Bosnia-Herzegovina’s European Perspective as a single, united and sovereign country, a spokesman told N1 on Monday commenting the presence of Serbian Military Academy cadets in the Republika Srpska (RS).
Serbian Military Academy cadets marched through the city of Prijedor in the RS on the anniversary of the WW 2 battle of Kozara which was fought between Nazi, Croatian Ustashe and Serb royalist Chetnik forces on one side and Partizan forces under the command of Josip Broz Tito on the other. RS President Milorad Dodik tweeted a video of the cadets marching. Dodik has been lobbying for the secession of the RS from Bosnia-Herzegovina.
"The European Union expects all in the region focus on building constructive and cooperative relations, promoting a climate of mutual trust, fostering good neighbourly relations and regional cooperation - principles and values the EU stands for. The EU is committed to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s EU perspective as a single, united and sovereign country.Actions and statements which negatively impact on good neighbourly relations and add to political divisions should be avoided,” a spokesman told N1.
