The European Union decided to extend the mandate of its rule of law mission in Kosovo for another two years but with changes to its mandate.
Belgrade-based Beta news agency quoted a press release that said that the Council of the EU decided on June 3 that the EULEX mission’s new mandate has been extended to June 14, 2023.
It said that all activities in support of local authorities connected to the EU-mediated Belgrade-Pristina dialogue will be transferred to the EU Office in Pristina by December 31, 2022.
