EWB: Vulin sanctioned for more than just connections with Russia

The European Western Balkans (EWB) portal said on Monday that the Serbian authorities have been claiming that the US Treasury Department imposed sanctions on Serbian Security Information Agency (BIA) chief and former cabinet minister Aleksandar Vulin because of his close ties to Russia and not because of his alleged involvement in crime and corruption.
