Explosion at Krusik munitions plant injures several workers

They are being provided with medical assistance at the emergency unit of Valjevo General Hospital.

Krusik issued a statement regarding the explosion, saying that, during routine operations, a booster detonator was activated on a press resulting in one employee sustaining injuries in the form of cuts, while four employees are experiencing symptoms of ringing in their ears.

“The workers have been sent to Valjevo hospital for medical assistance and hearing examinations,” said Krusik.
