Finance Minister Sinisa Mali assessed that Serbia successfully finalised the arrangement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) known as 'Policy Coordination Instrument', stressing that this was a special success knowing how difficult the last year was in terms of economy.

He said the most important financial institutions in the world, such as the IMF, have confirmed Serbia’s excellent results in economic growth.

Mali stressed the talks with the IMF on a new arrangement were already held in January, explaining that this would help Serbia resume the implementation of structural reforms.

He dismissed the allegations by the political opposition about Serbia being too indebted.
