A former senior Kosovo Intelligence Agency official said that European Union Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak could be forced to pull out of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.

“A scandal of Lajcak nd his team could lead to his resignation as facilator of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. Lajcak was undermined by Serbia and Vulin’s team, thus serving to Serbia’s goal of not normalizing relations with Kosovo,” Burim Ramadani wrote in an X post. Ramadani is a former inspector general of intelligence and deputy Defense Minister.

Ramadani’s post is one of a number of accusations of bias leveled against Lajcak and the European Union by Kosovo officials who claim that the facilitators of the Dialogue are biased in favor of the Serbian authorities.
