A former MP for the conservative nationalist Dveri Movement was arrested in Belgrade on suspicion of making death threats agains the Serbian president.
The Higher Public Prosecution in Belgrade ordered the arrest of Srdjan Nogo, a fierce opponent of the Serbian regime and President Aleksandar Vucic, for calling for the violent overthrow of constitutional order.
A prosecution press release said that Nogo made death threats against Vucic in his statements to the media and called the public to kill police officers.
