Senior French Government official Laurence Boone said in Skopje, North Macedonia, that the Franco-German proposal for Kosovo is a non-paper, which is why its content is not being disclosed.
“A non-paper is a non-paper and it content is not disclosed,” the French Secretary of State for European Affairs told a joint press conference with North Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski.
This was Boone’s reply to a journalist who said he was not asking her about the content of the non-paper but whether it is “based on the political decision on bombing Yugoslavia or on international law.”
