The Republic Geodetic Authority said on Tuesday that the highest price paid for a square meter of housing was for an apartment in the Belgrade Waterfront complex, adding that the Serbian capital accounts for 54 percent of the housing market.
It said that the newly-built apartment cost 11,811 Euro per square meter. According to the press release, the highest price paid for an old apartment was 2,575,000 for 342 square meters of housing.
The highest price paid for a house was in Belgrade’s Savski Venac municipality – 4 million Euro. The most expensive garage space was sold in the Vracar municipality – 73,000 Euro.
The highest price per square meter of office space was in Savski Venac municipality – 12,969 Euro. The highest price paid for a single office property was 3,098,790 Euro.
The most expensive farm land was in the Sombor area – 8.15 million Euro.
