Hill to N1: Guarantees needed to prevent repeat of Banjska

According to the Ambassador, the Serbian authorities need to realize that this is a very serious issue, that peace and stability are needed in the Balkans and that the event at Banjska is the opposite of that.

Hill said that the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue has to succeed but added that it has to speed up. Returning to the dialogue is very important and once people see the result they will be less prone to resort to violence.
