The Kreni-Promeni (Start-Change) movement posted a video of an unidentified person looking at what it said are police ID photos of young people taking part in the protest in front of the central election commission headquarters in central Belgrade.

The video appears to have been taken in front of the building housing the Republic Election Commission (RIK) during Tuesday’s protests which were lead by students.

Kreni-Promeni called the Internal Affairs Ministry (MUP) to investigate and determine who was taken pictures of young people at the protest. It called for an end to intimidation. “Young people are the greatest fear of every dictatorship. Serbia has brave young people prepared to fight,” the post said.

According to Serbia Against Violence opposition coalition official Djordje Miketic, the police is monitoring students at the protests. “The police are illegally tracking students at the protests and the videos are then passed on to the tabloids taking part in demonizing students,” he said.

Kreni-Promeni says on its web site that it is an independent community not guided by partisan interests.
