“Israel will gladly assist you in preserving monuments of universal cultural value as well as turning them into a tourist destination. We have a great experience with our cultural sites in Israel, especially in Jerusalem, and what we know in this regard, we will gladly share with you,” Bennet said in his reply to Kurti’s letter sent to heads of state and government of 56 countries.
The daily said that Kurti sent the letter several weeks earlier, expressing his views on the importance of protecting cultural heritage.
