“The Central Election Commission recently allowed the Serb List to take part in the elections counter to the law on general elections,” the party said adding that an appeal had been filed over the decision. The Central Election Commission initially refused to certify the Serb List but the decision was overturned on appeal.
A party press release said that the decision to certify the Serb List was taken without consulting the Central Election Commission. It added that the Serb List was used once by Kosovo Serb businessman Milan Radoicic (who led the group of armed Serbs involved in the Banjska armed incident) against the state of Kosovo and is now used to protect and amnesty terrorism.
