Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said on Monday that he met with Quint and European Union ambassadors to discuss developments in northern municipalities.
“Had a meeting with the QUINT ambassadors and European Union ambassador today. I share the concern about the violence and condemn attacks against the Kosovo Police, KFOR and journalists,” he wrote in a Twitter post.
Commenting the drawing of the traditional Serb coat of arms on police and KFOR vehicles, Kurti said that “ultra-nationalistic Serb graffiti … was a dark reminder”.
Had a meeting with the QUINT ambassadors &🇪🇺 ambassador today. I share the concern about the violence & condemn attacks against @Kosovo_Police, @NATO_KFOR & journalists. Ultra-nationalistic Serb graffiti on NATO vehicles is a dark reminder in 🇽🇰. We stand for peace & security.
