A political advisor to the Kosovo Prime Minister accused the European Union’s top diplomat of covering Belgrade’s failure to take part in implementing the Ohrid Agreement.
Advisor Jeton Zulfaj said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that Borrell used a six-month old document to cover for Serbia’s “lack of participation on efforts for a sequencing plan”.
“The document is very useful in understanding how Vucic’s condition became EU’ position. … “It also explains the suboptimal implementation annex presented in Ohrid as well as facilitator’s subsequent decimation of the basic agreement with biased, unbalanced and incomplete sequencing drafts.
A six month old document was used today by the facilitator to cover for the lack of Serbia’s participation on efforts for a sequencing plan. However, the document is very useful in understanding how Vucic’s condition became EU’ position. pic.twitter.com/ORyH0krvvW
