Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic welcomed Tuesday with the highest state honors Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani who is paying an official visit to Montenegro.

“I am certain that the talks will confirm the close and quality good-neighborly relations, strong commitment to the European and Euro-Atlantic vision and give impetus to the strengthening of interstate relations between Montenegro and Kosovo,” Djukanovic wrote on Twitter.

A meeting of the two delegations will follow the welcoming ceremony and the signing of the guest book, said President Djukanovic’s Info Office.
