Kosovo president says Vucic behind CSM statute
Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani said on Tuesday that Pristina can’t allow the draft statute for the Community of Serb Municipalities (CSM) to become the basis for talks with Belgrade.
The management teams’ draft of the CSM statute will be presented at the top-level meeting of the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue in Brussels.
Osmani said that is “Vucic’s draft” adding that she expects Kosovo to come up with its own draft which has to be in line with the constitution and the Constitutional Court ruling of 2015 and with the written views of the US. “We have to make sure it does not affect the territorial integrity of the state,” she added.
