Kosovo's Konjufca: EU has no competence to propose CSM statute

Kosovo Parliament speaker Glauk Konjufca said Friday that the European Union (EU) has no competence to propose to Kosovo a draft statute for the Community of Serb Municipalities (CSM). Pročitaj više
