Kurti accuses Serbia of copying Donbas scenario

Speaking at the British Labour Party conference in Liverpool Kurti claimed that Serbia’s involvement in planning the armed incident in Banjska was proved with video allegedly seized from the armed uniformed group of Kosovo Serbs after they fled the site of the incident.

According to Kurti, Kosovo’s present and future and the peace and security of Europe can’t be held hostage by Serbia. He told the conference that the two most important moments in the recent history of Kosovo – the NATO air campaign against Serbia in 1999 when Tony Blair was Prime Minister and Pristina’s declaration of independence in 2008 when Gordon Brown headed the government – happened when the Labour Party was in power.
