Kurti discusses agreement with Escobar
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said on Monday that he discussed the implementation of the Basic Agreement with US State Department official Gabriel Escobar.
Kurti said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that he confirmed readiness to engage in active negotiations in Brussels.
Had a phone call w/ @StateDept DAS Escobar. Discussed the importance of ensuring smooth & quick implementation of the Basic Agreement and its Annex. Confirmed my readiness to engage in active negotiations during the dialogue meeting in Brussels & thanked him for U.S. support.

Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic are due to meet with European Union officials in Brussels on September 14.
