Kurti: Lajcak models for CSM under review

“The models presented by Lajcak are various solutions for national minorities in EU member states and 15 of them are well known…. Some are new and some pre-date the EU,” Kurti is reported to have said at a ground breaking ceremony in Kamenica. He added that elements can be taken from the 15 models for human and minority rights.

Kurti said his advisors and cabinet ministers were looking into the models to see what is best in them. “Constitutionality, legality, equality and the functioning of the state are things we never compromise over,” he said.
