Albin Kurti resigned from his position as Kosovo Prime Minister, KoSSev reported citing Klan Kosova, adding that Kurti submitted his resignation letter to the Kosovo Parliament Secretariat.
Under Kosovo law, individuals who receive mandates as parliament members while also serving in the government must resign from their executive roles.
This is due to regulations that prohibit a person from simultaneously holding a parliamentary seat and an executive position.
