Lajcak: Discussed top-level meeting with Vucic

European Union Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak said on Wednesday that he discussed the next high-level meeting of the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

“In Belgrade today, I had substantive discussions with President Vucic about the next High-level Meeting in September, efforts to lower tensions and hold new local elections in the north of Kosovo, as well as the implementation of all Dialogue Agreements,” Lajcak wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

Vucic said on Tuesday that he agreed to the date of a new meeting as part of the dialogue but that Kosov Prime Minister Albin Kurti “has better things to do”.
