Lajcak: Preparations for Ohrid meeting going ahead

“Finished my second meeting with Vucic to hear his comments on the Implementation Annex and the way forward on the EU Agreement. Having received feedback from both Parties, we will now finalize our preparations ahead of the meeting in Ohrid on Saturday,” Lajcak wrote in a Twitter post.

Earlier in the day, Lajcak told the Serbian state TV (RTS) that the Community of Serb Majority Municipalities (CSM) has to be formed. “No CSM, no agreement,” he said.

Lajcak was in Belgrade following a visit to Pristina where he met with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani.

US envoy Gabriel Escobar is due in Belgrade on Wednesday.
