The girls, some of who are minors, said they were questioned by five men who took down their names and threatened to take them to the local police station. The incident took place after two toilet water tanks were damaged at the school. Students at the school said that the girls could not have broken the toilets. They said that the whole thing was set up because the school has been under blockade as part of the student protests. They said that the janitor and administrative staff enter the locked school.
JUGpress was told by the Leskovac police that no reports of the incident were received and that no police inspector went to the school.
The school headmaster was not available for comment.
