A press release quoted him as saying that the Serbian authorities are especially concerned about the falsification of facts “related to the denial of genocidal character and the scale and territorial spread of mass crimes committed against Serbs, Jews and Roma by the Independent State of Croatia”.

The press release did not quote Germain.
